Hair Technology & Hairdressing Course in Accra

Train in hair technology at Abrantie College in Accra. The programme covers braids and plaits, shampooing and setting, thermal and wet styling, chemical services including perming, relaxing and colouring, hair and scalp treatment, cutting, locs and specialist extensions, wig sewing, competition styling and salon management. Taught hands-on, full-time, as a short course or through the weekend school.

How the Training Works

Hair Technology moves from everyday styling and treatment techniques up to chemical services, specialist extensions and salon management.

Training is competency-based (CBT), which gives the facilitator enough time for each student. Sessions are fully hands-on and practical, delivered by qualified industry facilitators, and students receive real exposure to the field before they complete the course.

Each programme can be taken full-time, as a skill-enhancement or short course, or through the weekend school for students who work Mondays to Fridays.
